Working Process:

The processes of stone crushing plant are roughly as follows: (Material bin) -- feeder--jaw crusher--impact crusher--vibrating screen—finished product. All machines are connected by the conveyor belt. First of all, the large stones will be evenly sent to the coarse crusher by feeder. Then the materials will be transferred into the impact crusher for further crushing. Finally, after fine crushing, the screen will distinguish different specifications of stones, and the particles which do not satisfy the required size will return back to the impact crusher to be crushed again.
