How Does Sand Making Production Line work?

First of all, the stone are evenly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder. Secondly, the coarse crushed materials will be transferred into the sand making machine for further crushing by the belt conveyor. After fine crushing, two kinds of stones will be screened by the screen, so as to meet the required feeding particle size of sand making machine, and the other part of sand will return to the fine crusher for tertiary crusher. 

Part of the stones in the sand making machine are made of sand, which can be chosen as the finished sand product after cleaning, another part of sand will be crushed again to complete the whole sand production process with multiple closed cycles.
