Introduction of Drum Dryer

Drum dryer can process large amount of materials, which belongs to one kind of commonly used drying equipment. According to the different heating ways, drum drying machine can be divided into direct heat transfer drum dryer and indirect heat transfer drum dryer. Because the efficiency of the indirect drum dryer is not high, so all the dryers produced by our company adopt the direct heat transfer. Direct heat drying machine is divided into two kinds: downstream and upstream drying methods. The design and production of drum dryer can be customized according to the actual needs of customers.

Application Fields:

1. Mineral products: iron ore, coal, bentonite, titanium ore, manganese ore, limestone, pyrite, peat.
2. Chemical industry: ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfide, ammonium nitrate, urea, oxalic acid, potassium dichromate, nitrate and phosphate fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer, copper sulfate.
3. Others: garbage abrasive, match sticks, sawdust, distiller grains.

The Common Problems and Solutions:

1. After drying, the product has high moisture content. If it adds materials according to the production capacity, it is because of the heat supply. Then you should increase the furnace temperature, but the gas inlet temperature should be below 800℃, or reduce the feeding quantity.
2. Low moisture content of products after drying. If it adds materials according to the production capacity, the heat supply will be too much, the feeding amount should be appropriately increased, but the material filling section area should not be greater than the 20% cross-sectional area of the cylinder.
3. If the bearing temperature rises too high, the reason is that it has no lubricating oil, or it has dirt the adjustment of deviation has stuck phenomenon, which should be timely dealt with.
