Introduction of Cement Plant

In recent years, the requirements of cement production are much higher in new technology and timeliness, thus the cement production line becomes the development trend of cement industry in various countries.  It is easier to operate and its power consumption is also reduced. The cement production line produced by our company is developed based on the investigation of production sites of customers, which is a full set of elaborate designed cement production line according to the actual requirements of customers.

Production Process:

The whole production line is mainly composed of material crushing and pre homogenization, raw material preparation, preheating decomposition, cement clinker burning and packaging processes. The specific processes are as follows:

1. Crushing and Pre homogenization.

The first step of cement production is to crush the lime stones. Use the scientific material piling technology to make the materials stockyard have the combined function of storage and homogenizing during the process of storing and feeding of raw materials.

2. Raw material Preparation.

During the process of the cement production, the cement making machine needs 3 tons of grinding materials at least to produce 1 tons of silicate. The raw material homogenization is crucial to the stable burning process of cement clinker.

3. Preheating and Decomposition.

The use of pre-heater to preheat and partial decompose the materials can improve the production efficiency and reduce the heat consumption of clinker burning process.

4. Cement Clinker Burning.

After being decomposed, the burning of clinker is the key step in cement production. In rotary kiln, carbonate is rapid in decomposition and solidification, which generates cement clinker minerals. When the temperature rises, the material will form a liquid clinker mineral. It can be stored into cement mill after cooling by the cooling machine.

5. Cement grinding.

Cement grinding is the last working procedure of cement manufacturing, its main function lies in grinding the cement clinker into a certain particle size.

6. Cement Packing.

There are two shipment methods: bag packaging storage and bulk shipment.

Note: it can have various combinations according to the different processing requirements, so as to meet different requirements of customers.
