The first is the hardness of raw materials. If the hardness of the material is too high, it will be more difficult to process in the production and will cause some abrasion to the equipment. After long time of use, it will not only reduce the production efficiency, but also affect the service life of the equipment.

The second is the humidity of the raw materials. Humidity of the material is also one of the factors that affect the production efficiency. If the humidity is too high, the ground fine powder will adhere to the inner part of the Raymond mill and affect the transportation. It will also cause clogging and eventually reduce the efficiency.

If there are much higher requirements on the fineness of the finished products, then the production efficiency of Raymond mill will become lower.  So we should set appropriate fineness according to the specific situation of the equipment.
