Small hammer crusher relies on the impact effect to crush materials. After entering into the crusher, materials suffer the impact of the high-speed rotating hammers and the mutual collisions between material and then break into pieces. The processed materials smaller than the grate clearance will be discharged from it, and the larger materials will be re-crushed by the hammers on the grate and finally squeezed out of the clearance. Small hammer crusher can be divided into two types: the reversible type and irrevesible type. The former has invertible rotors and generally is used in fine crushing; while the latter has irreversible rotors and is mainly used in secondary crushing.
