Shaking table can also filter out the final concentrate, tailings and 1-2 intermediate, which can be used for roughing,selection, scavenging and other different operations to effectively deal with fine materials. It can be used for separating tungsten, tin,tantalum, niobium, chromium and other non-ferrous metals, rare metals and precious metal ore, and it also can be used for separating iron, manganese ore and coal.
The separation size limit is 3mm, for separating cassiterite and wolframite, it can reach up to 0.4mm, which is often used to separate below 1mm particle size materials.
If the table surface movement is larger, it is more conducive to the longitudinal movement of particles, which will lead to better separation effect.
The height, spacing and shape affect the flow speed along the table surface transverse flow. The rectangular and tin bed bars has large fluctuating velocity, which can be used in the separation of coarse sand and fine sand. The triangular especially the groove shaped bed bars can form small fluctuating velocity, which suitable for fine sand or mud materials.
The flushing water is the feeding water and washing water. Flushing water flow and slope determine the transverse flow velocity. The speed of the water also determines the separation effect of shaking table.
If the feeding and ore concentrate quantity amount is large, the recovery rate will be decreased, but it must not be overloaded, otherwise it will affect the separation results.
For standard ore concentration range, if the feed and processing quantity is large, the concentration quantity will be improved and the recovery rate of concentrate will reduce.
The grain size must comply with the specifications.
