2. Check the using effect of the transmission device and the locking condition of the connecting bolt; check the tensioning degree of belt, fasten it if it is necessary.

3. Check the vibrating screen, you must pay special attention to whether the flywheel weight block is fixed, if it is not fixed, the flywheel may be out of the vibrating screen without balance, which may lead to accidents.

4. Regularly inspect the wear of screen surface, timely repair or replace it to ensure the production efficiency.

Daily Maintenance of High Frequency Screen:

1. Always observe the feeding concentration to ensure the discharge quality of the screening equipment

2. The vibration exciter and control box need to be protected, which should be prevented from water and slurry, thus causing a short circuit and jam.

3. Check whether the bolts are loose, timely tightening or replace them.

4. Adjust the amplitude according to the production needs to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.

5. After using for a month, the screen surface should be turned for 180 degree to improve the utilization rate of screen surface.
